Look forward to a relaxing holiday in our quietly located Landhaus Pinnis in Neder, a district of Neustift im Stubaital, with a family-friendly vacation apartment suitable for 2-4 people.
The ski bus with guaranteed seating to the Stubai Glacier or to the Schlick 2000 ski and hiking area is just a 1-minute walk away.
The spacious and friendly vacation apartment is not only suitable for families and their children but also offers couples of all ages plenty of space to linger and relax.
You can expect 2 bright and modernly furnished double bedrooms and a spacious living room with a comfortable couch and satellite TV. The inviting bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and the large corner bathtub offers space for peace and relaxation. On the two 10m² balconies, you can enjoy the morning sun and have breakfast with a magnificent view of the beautiful Pinnistal valley, and watch the paragliders launching from the Elfer mountain railway. The fully equipped kitchen offers the convenience of a dishwasher, and the cozy dining area invites you to spend pleasant time together with the whole family.
Alternatively, instead of cooking yourself, you can dine at the neighboring Pizzeria Salute or conveniently pick up your dinner to take home. Our Landhaus Pinnis is a perfect starting point for leisure activities such as hiking, skiing, or tobogganing in both summer and winter. Tyrol's longest natural toboggan run leads from the Elfer through the idyllic Pinnistal towards Neder.
For exciting night tobogganing, the Pinnistal toboggan run is illuminated with kerosene lamps and offers fun for young and old. A toboggan bus takes you directly to the Elfer mountain railway, and our guests enjoy the long descent via the Pinnistal directly to our Landhaus Pinnis. Especially in summer, the Pinnistal is a popular hiking paradise for our guests, which you can easily reach on foot from the vacation apartment.
After a short ride up with the Elferlift gondola, you can hike along the panoramic trail to the Pinnisalm or via the Elferhütte to the particularly rustic and cozy Karalm. A small attraction for our guests is the contemplative path into the Pinnistal, which you can start directly from the vacation apartment.
After an ascent with many stairs, the path leads through beautiful scenery to the Issenanger Alm. Numerous benches invite you to sit down and rest. Simply leave your car and relax at the landscape lake, which you can reach in just a 10-minute walk along the shore path.
