With the construction of the Sonnenschlössl Apartments with a dreamlike view over the Stubaital, we as hosts have fulfilled a personal dream.
On a sunny slope, just a 5-minute drive from the Elferlifte ski area and the center of Neustift, you can expect the latest living comfort, loving details, and enough space for holidays with the whole family and friends...
You will stay in accommodations that feature a combination of modern and traditional Alpine furnishings.
Our village baker will deliver fresh bread and rolls daily upon request.
Children are welcome to use the playground, pet our cuddly animals, and have fun. In good weather, a garden with a garden house, barbecue area, and seating is available.
In our Haus Sonnenschlössl Apartments, you will also find a heated ski room. You can reach the Schlick 2000 and Stubaier Gletscher ski and hiking areas by car within 25 minutes.
The nearest bus stop is only 500 m from the Sonnenschlössl Apartments.
The mountains, meadows, and forests in summer, and the 4 ski areas of the valley with the glacier offer countless leisure opportunities in winter, especially for families. In addition, you will find the ideal infrastructure for holidays with all amenities right on site: ski and mountain sports schools, sports rentals, shopping facilities, medical care, ... We, your host family, personally take care of your well-being and would be delighted to welcome you too! The local tax of €4.80 per person/night must be paid directly to the host on site. The apartment is ready for occupancy on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
Deviating arrival and departure times are only possible by separate agreement.

Esperienza molto positiva, appartamento confortevole e pulito fornito di tutto il necessario, spazio in giardino allestito con area giochi per i bambini.
L'unica cosa che potrebbe mancare, visto che nella valle dello Stubai non ho trovato una lavanderia pubblica, è una lavatrice, ma la padrona di casa mi ha fatto un enorme favore e mi ha risolto il problema!
