With the construction of the Sonnenschlössl flats with a fantastic view over the Stubai Valley, we as hosts have fulfilled a personal dream.
On the sunny slope, only 5 minutes by car from the Elferlifte ski area and the centre of Neustift, you can expect the latest living comfort, loving details and enough space for holidays with the whole family and friends...
You will stay in accommodation that combines modern and traditional alpine furnishings. Our village baker delivers fresh bread and rolls daily on request. Children are welcome to use the playground, spoil our petting animals and have fun. In good weather, a garden with garden shed, barbecue area and seating is at your disposal. In our house Sonnenschlössl Appartements you will also find a heated ski room.
The skiing and hiking areas Schlick 2000 and Stubai Glacier can be reached by car within 25 minutes. The nearest bus stop is just 500 metres from the Sonnenschlössl flats. The mountains, meadows and forests in summer, the 4 ski areas of the valley with the glacier offer countless leisure opportunities in winter, especially for families.
In addition, you will find the ideal infrastructure for holidays with all amenities right on site: Ski or mountain sports schools, sports hire, shopping facilities, medical care, ...
