2 large balconies, south and west facing with tables, chairs, and parasol
5 bedrooms with 10 proper beds (no! sofa beds) - there is no sleeping space in the eat-in kitchen!
5 showers and 3 WCs
1 eat-in kitchen with a very large dining table, sofa corner, and a very well-equipped kitchen (stove with oven, 2 refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher with tabs, coffee machine with filter, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.)

The picturesque district of Milders is located 2 km after Neustift in the beautiful Stubaital, directly on the way to the impressive Stubai Glacier. The center of Milders with a supermarket, sports shops, ski school, and numerous restaurants, as well as the health lake, can be reached in just a 5-minute walk. Take the free ski bus to the Stubai Glacier, which you can reach in a 3-minute walk.
An ideal walking path for you and your dog is the riverside path, which you can reach on foot in just 3 minutes.
The illuminated cross-country ski trail runs directly past our Haus Vogelsberger. A special highlight is night skiing on the illuminated slope and the ski night show with artistic ski jumps, torchlight procession, and fireworks at the Sonnenberglift.
