In the heart of Fulpmes, the traditional blacksmith village in the Stubaital valley, you will find our cozily furnished farmhouse with five fully equipped holiday apartments and free Wi-Fi.

Our house is situated in a sunny, central, and quiet location, making it ideal for arriving without a car.

In our large garden, your children can let off steam to their heart's content on a lovingly designed playground.

A sunny sunbathing lawn with a magnificent panoramic view and many cozy seating areas invite you to social gatherings and rustic barbecue evenings, especially in summer.

From our large balconies, you can enjoy the picturesque surroundings and the unique panorama of the Stubaital valley, and keep an eye on your children with a direct view of our garden.

Our farmhouse with five holiday apartments is lovingly furnished in Tyrolean style.

It is centrally located yet idyllic, ideal for families with children, and just a 3-minute walk from the village center with shops, restaurants, and cafes in Fulpmes, Stubaital.

In the immediate vicinity, you will find the Stubaitalbahn train station and the "Stubay" adventure swimming pool.

Our range of sporting and cultural activities offers a variety of opportunities.

In summer, we offer unique themed hikes with all the families from the house, including to the rustic Galtalm, where our calves spend the summer.

We also offer a weekly barn tour and free participation for your children in the holiday program of the BIG Family Stubai children's club.

Here, your children will be cared for by our trained supervisors from Monday to Friday and picked up directly from the house.

Directly opposite our farm, the free ski bus stops in winter, taking you to the Schlick 2000 ski area, only about 700 meters away, in just a few minutes.

Schlick 2000 is a breathtaking ski and hiking paradise, offering challenging slopes in winter and idyllic hiking trails in summer.

At Damelerhof farm, we have rabbits; the cows and calves are in our free-range barn, a 10-minute walk away, which we are happy to show you.

A recreational room with an infrared heat cabin for well-being and relaxation offers you the opportunity to truly unwind after skiing or hiking.

Even on rainy days, our house offers many activities, such as covered table tennis and foosball, darts, and a playroom with a play shop and wooden train set.

Damelerhof farm is a quality-certified "Holiday on the Farm" establishment, awarded 4 Edelweiss flowers.

Kerstin and Martin from Damelerhof with their 4 children are very much looking forward to your visit! The local tax is charged to guests who complete their 16th year of age in the current calendar year. The local tax of €4.80 per person/night is to be paid directly on-site to the host. On your arrival day, you can check into the apartments from 3 PM.

On the day of departure, the apartment should be vacated by 10 AM at the latest. Arrival by car: Turn right from the federal road in the direction of Fulpmes-Telfes, then left in the direction of Fulpmes.

After the train station, take the lower road.

When you see Cafe Premm on your left, you need to turn right into the driveway.

It is best to take the right path here to our parking lot. Arrival by train: From Innsbruck main station, you can take either the bus or the Stubaitalbahn.

The bus runs every half hour and takes half an hour to Fulpmes.

Get off at Fulpmes Ortsmitte and walk up the street on the right, past Sport Leo and Denifl bakery, to the pedestrian crossing.

Cross the street and then continue straight ahead to Cafe Premm.

On the other side of the street is the driveway to our farm. The train runs hourly and takes about an hour along a scenic route to Fulpmes station.

Take the upper road into the village.

Our farm is located opposite the Don Bosco student dormitory on the left side. Important: Please let us know if you are arriving by train.

During the validity period of the "Stubai Super Card" (end of May to beginning of October), you will receive a voucher by email from us, with which you can travel up the valley free of charge.

In winter, you can download arrival vouchers yourself from the website www.stubai.at.
