The generously equipped apartment "Stubai" is furnished in an authentic Tyrolean style, conveying the very special atmosphere of our traditional house.
It offers comfortable living space of 62m² for 2-5 people. In the spacious living room, you will find a modernly equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A dining area in Tyrolean style with a comfortable bench offers seating for five people.
The cozy sofa, from which you can enjoy the impressive mountain views, contributes to making you feel completely at home.
Radio/CD player and flat-screen TV complete the amenities of the living area.
In addition to the romantic bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom is available as a fully functional sleeping room for two people or as a relaxation room with a cozy sofa, an extra flat-screen TV, and WLAN connection for unwinding and relaxing.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet.
In the heated anteroom of the entrance area, you have the opportunity to store your sports and hiking equipment.
In winter, you can also safely store your skis and snowboards. The sunny garden directly in front of the house is exclusively available to our guests.
It invites you to have breakfast amidst nature or to barbecue at sunset.

The local tax of €4.80 per person/night is to be paid directly to the host on site. Arrival: The apartment is ready for occupancy from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
