The holiday apartment, approximately 63 m² - 90 m² depending on the number of occupants (4-6 people), is located on the 2nd floor on the north and south-east sides with views of Fulpmes, the Telfer Berg, the Karwendel near Innsbruck, the Serles, the Elfer, the Habicht, and the Stubai Glacier.
It is furnished as follows: 3 double bedrooms, 2 showers/WC (occupancy see below), 1 living room with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher (no oven), a small balcony, free Wi-Fi, a room safe, and a hairdryer.
If needed, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
The invigorating and exceptionally healthy, soft Grander water for drinking is available throughout the house, including for showers. Occupancy of the holiday apartment: 4 people - Family: 2 parents and 2 children (2 double rooms - 1 shower/WC) 4 people - 4 adults (2 double rooms - 2 showers/WC) 5 people (2 double rooms and 1 single room - 2 showers/WC) 6 people (3 double rooms - 2 showers/WC) For bookings of 4 people, the third room remains closed.
However, it can be used for an additional charge. Our Gästehaus Rettenbacher is a house of coziness and comfort in Tyrolean style.
Our house is centrally and quietly located, close to the Schlick 2000 ski and hiking area.
The ski bus to Schlick 2000 is about 80m away.
The bus stop towards the Stubai Glacier or Innsbruck is about 350m away.
Restaurants and shops are within a few minutes' walk. The two holiday apartments offer feel-good comfort for pleasant hours with friends and family. Our small sauna with pleasant aroma oils, a shower with a cascade shower, and a relaxation room for unwinding is available in winter (for a fee). In summer, our charming garden with a beautiful sunbathing lawn and two cozy pergolas invites you to relax and enjoy. The healthy "Grander Water" flows from every tap in our house. We offer a bread roll service upon request. Professional mountain sports guidance is available directly from the host, who is a state-certified ski, cross-country skiing, and mountain guide.
He can also be booked as a guide. Not included in the price: The local tax is charged to guests who complete their 16th year of life in the current calendar year. The local tax of € 4.80 per person/night is to be paid directly on site to the host. Take the A12 motorway towards Innsbruck, then the A13 towards Brenner (Italy). Shortly after the Europabrücke bridge and the tunnel, take the Schönberg / Stubaital exit (toll road approx. € 4.00). If you wish to save on tolls, take the Innsbruck Süd exit from the motorway and head towards Wipptal / Stubaital. Following the B 183 federal road, drive past the village of Mieders until you reach the intersection "Fulpmes - Telfes - Schlick 2000". Turn right here and continue driving towards Schlick 2000. At the tram station, there is a road fork; take the right road towards the center (signposted). Drive straight ahead until you reach the church in Fulpmes.

Sehr gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen bei der Ausflugsplanung oder Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen, wenn wir wieder im Stubaital sind.
