The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our single-family house and consists of a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (sink, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, complete cookware, seating area, satellite TV, and radio); two bedrooms; a bathroom with a sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub; a terrace, and a balcony.
The total size of the apartment is approx. 65m².
Dishes, bed linen, and towels are provided by us.
Fresh bread is available upon request in the morning.

Why not leave your car in our garage and use the free ski bus, which you can reach in just a 1-minute walk from your holiday apartment.
From here, you enjoy excellent connections to the Stubai Glacier, the Elferlifte ski area with its great toboggan runs, the Schlick 2000 ski and hiking paradise, and the Serlesbahnen Mieders lift facilities. Our 65 m² holiday apartment Gleirscher, in Tyrolean style, is located on the 1st floor of our single-family house and offers you a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with an electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and coffee machine.
In the cozy seating area with SAT-TV and radio, you can spend relaxing evenings with family and friends.
You can expect 2 cozy and spacious bedrooms with lovely wooden details in a charming Tyrolean style.
The inviting bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
Enjoy the fantastic view of the Stubai mountains from your sunny terrace and the large balcony.
Upon request, we will bring fresh bread to your apartment every morning. The area around our holiday apartment Gleirscher offers a wide selection of different cross-country ski trails in a magnificent setting, such as the valley trail in Neustift with the Fulpmes trail and the high-altitude trail on the Stubai Glacier.
Fast-paced toboggan runs add excitement to your ski holiday in Stubaital – including the illuminated run at the Elferbergbahn and Tyrol's longest natural toboggan run from the Elfer through the beautiful Pinnistal valley.
In summer, our apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks, as well as challenging high-altitude trails with demanding via ferratas.
Kampler See lake with a great playground for your children is only a 5-minute walk away.
The WildeWasserWeg (Wild Water Trail) in the upper Stubai Valley is one of the most beautiful and interesting natural attractions. We look forward to your visit to our holiday apartment Gleirscher in beautiful Stubaital! Your Family Gleirscher Prices do not include the final cleaning fee (one-time €35 or €50 with a dog for final cleaning).
Local tax is charged to guests who reach the age of 16 in the current calendar year.
The local tax of €4.80 per person/night is to be paid directly to the host on site.
Arrival is generally on weekdays and weekends all day.
However, please provide an approximate arrival time.
