Villa Sterlizia, consisting of two apartments, is surrounded by the lush nature of Elba, in the village of Lacona.
The Arancio apartment, located on the ground floor, offers you a cosy living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a bathroom.
It can accommodate up to five people and features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot (on request) and a high chair (on request). Outside, you will find a private, comfortably furnished area and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, while children can have fun in the shared garden.
The villa boasts an ideal location: a supermarket can be reached in just five minutes on foot, and restaurants, bars and cafés are available within a ten-minute walk.
The beautiful sandy beach of Lacona is only 400 metres away and can be easily reached on foot.
Parking is available on the property.

Très jolie résidence., maison et jardin très agréables. Mais énormes problèmes d’humidité à l’intérieur de la maison. Traces et odeur de moisissures un petit peu partout dans la maison. Nombreuses fissures intérieures et extérieures. Elle est tellement jolie qu’il est regrettable de la laisser s’abîmer comme cela.

We chose these villas as we have stayed here in the past. The villa needs updating - has lost it's 'wow' factor. Showers need to be updated and the villa could use some painting inside and out. Weeds growing in the tiles around the pool. Just little things would make the difference.Overall, a good stay but disappointed with the lack of maintenance - sad to see!

Villa Finnese is lovely and well equipped. You definitely need a car as its at the top of a long, steep hilly villa complex, with no amenities near the top.
It was out of season, so all of the amenities at the bottom of the hill were closed and the closest supermarket was 15 minutes drive away.
