At the entrance, there is a kitchen with an induction hob, simple yet functional and sophisticated, with a dining table.

Descending a few steps that separate the rest of the apartment leads you to the romantic sleeping area with a double bed, a relaxation area with a smart TV, and a sofa. The bathroom is complete with a large, open glass-enclosed shower with opaque glass.

Additionally, many comforts will make your stay relaxing and enjoyable: free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, and heat pump heating. The apartment has a window. The apartment is located in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).

We recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic center on foot. Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, you may be asked to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.

Its dazzling white historic center, immense, culminates with the Cathedral (10 minutes from the apartment) which imposingly dominates the olive plain, the coastal dune park, and clear, crystalline sea.

Its characteristic narrow streets, Piazza della Libertà (230 meters away), and the Column of Sant'Oronzo majestically protect the town. Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria.

A few kilometers away are Ceglie Messapica, a center of tradition and food and wine, Cisternino, a village recognized among the most beautiful in Italy, and Alberobello, whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1996.

About 30 km to the north are the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli, and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with charming historic centers and beautiful beaches.

To the north (80 km) is Bari, the gateway to the East, while proceeding south, we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi, before reaching Lecce, the capital of Baroque.

Moving west is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characterized by its Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019. The nearest airports are Brindisi (30 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
