Ubicacion buena, parking privado, piscina y cocina completa equipada
Falta un poco de mantenimiento en general al apartamento.
Sofá viejo que se cae a trozos, muy incomodo para dormir.
Luz de espejo de baño no funciona y la otra de extractor muy sonoro para la noche. Persiana de comedor que no baja correctamente, no se para y cae.
No hay cortina en el comedor y con ...

Appartement bien situé dans une résidence très propre, Plutôt bien équipé avec du matériel électroménager en bon état. Petit bémol, le lit familial très mou et le canapé lit très dégradé, son couchage convient pour des enfants en bas ages mais inconfortable pour des adultes. Convient tout à fait pour un couple et deux enfants

Mis recomendaciones:
El sofa-cama está en muy mal estado y necesita cambiarse ya.
La TV necesita cambiarse especialmente su mando a distancia.
Y es necesario revisar la cama.
