Der Balkon ist durch die Gitter sehr schlecht belüftet und dadurch auch Abends relativ heiß. Das ständige Geschrei der Möven ist richtig nervig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Das Bad sollte mal richtig geputzt werden. Die Wohnungsübergaben durch Jasminka haben gut funktioniert und sehr freundlich.
