Fantastic panoramic view of the sea, the beach and the Bay of Douarnenez! Architect villa with premium comfort in a very original architectural style. The sea view is omnipresent; wide sliding doors lead from every room on the ground floor to the 70 sqm terrace. The smallest ray of sunshine warms the whole house. The two upstairs bedrooms each have a private balcony. Thanks to the telescope on the gallery, you can even see the legendary Tévennec lighthouse in front of the Point du Raz. On the adjoining roof terrace (20 sqm), the view up to the tip of the peninsula is particularly impressive. After a long day of swimming, you will be happy to try out Breton recipes in the well-equipped kitchen or grill something on the plancha. Afterwards you can enjoy pure relaxation in the in-house jacuzzi!
The small town of Telgruc-sur-Mer is located at the beginning of the Crozon Peninsula, on the Bay of Douarnenez. Its 1.3 km long, wide sandy beach is particularly popular with families. There is parking and a small beach bar for a snack in between. At the end of the beach there is a sailing school with a wide range of activities, including small children. A visit to the former sardine port of Douarnenez with its numerous pubs and specialty restaurants is recommended. On the way you should definitely visit the medieval village of Locronan, which is one of the most beautiful villages in France and has been the setting for numerous films.

The views were wonderful which is why we booked. Very lovely house. It is just such a shame the house was listed as non smoking when it stunk of smoke. No doors left open or air freshener could erase the smell as it was so deep seated into all the soft furnishings. Best to avoid if sensitive to smell of smoke.

Die Aussicht war herrlich, deshalb hatten wir gebucht. Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Umso bedauerlicher ist es, dass es als Nichtraucherhaus inseriert war, obwohl es stark nach Rauch roch. Weder offene Türen noch Raumspray konnten den Geruch überdecken, da er sich tief in den Polstermöbeln festgesetzt hatte. Für Menschen mit Geruchsempfindlichkeit ist dieses Haus nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, leider etwas überladen (weniger wäre mehr) und nicht ganz so sauber. Der Eigentümer ist sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht.
