Flats Friends Torres de Quart is a one-bedroom flat located in the centre of Valencia, in the Carmen district. It is an ideal accommodation for families and couples, with private access to a terrace on the upper floor. It is a building of 6 flats, so there is no overcrowding. The keys are collected autonomously in a small safe at the entrance of the building. In this way, contact between people is minimised, although our staff are available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any queries.



Flats Friends Torres de Quart is a flat with a simple and cosy decoration, which includes the use of the private terrace. It is fully furnished to accommodate 4 people with a double bed in the bedroom plus a double sofa-bed in the living room. It has cotton sheets and towels, a kitchen open to the living room with television and a large bathroom with bathtub. The terrace on the upper floor is ideal for al fresco dining in summer!



It is located on Turia street in Valencia, next to the Torres de Quart and just a few minutes' walk from the city centre and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly communicated with numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 metres away.



IMPORTANT: Until the end of 2025 there will be construction work on a new building next to Flats Friends Torres de Quart. Your stay may be affected by noise and dust from the construction works.
