This is a spacious 150m² villa in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux equipped with a private and secure swimming pool, the home is perfect for families and big groups.
The house is located 1.5 km from the centre of the village.
It is very quiet and not overlooked.
Very pleasant to live with a beautiful panoramic view with Mont Ventoux.
Centrally located between the Drome and the Ardeche, it's the perfect base to explore both regions.
A 30-minute drive will drop you at villages like Vaison la Romaine, Vinsobres, or Nyons, and on the other side is the beautiful Ardeche with its famous Gorges, 45 km away, and the Gard with famous villages such as Montclus and Aiguèze, 25 km away.
The home has a terrace and garden with furniture, so take some time to enjoy the views while you sip on a glass of wine.
Possibility to park several cars in the courtyard.
There is a barbecue for good times with family or friends, and many terraces, deckhairs and a swing.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Garten war wunderschön und bot einen angenehmen Ort zum Entspannen. Der nahegelegene Krokodilhof war ein toller Ausflug für die Kinder und die Villa war ein wunderbarer Ort, um wiederzukommen.

Vi nød virkelig vores ophold, Haven var dejlig og gav et rart rum til afslapning, Den nærliggende Krokodillefarm var en sjov tur for børnene, og villaen var et fantastisk sted at komme tilbage til,

Diese Villa ist ein echter Geheimtipp! Der private Pool war perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag, der Blick auf den Mont Ventoux war einfach atemberaubend. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Familienurlaub wünschen können.
