Very beautiful, rustic, comfortable country house "Serrani", renovated in 2018, surrounded by meadows and fields. 2 houses in the residence. 4 apartments in the residence. 8 km from the centre of Roseto degli Abruzzi, 13 km from the centre of Giulianova, 17 km from the centre of Pineto, in a secluded, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the sea, in the countryside.
For shared use: natural state property 5 ha, beautiful terraced garden, 5'000 m2 (not fenced) with plants and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (above ground) (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 28.Sep.).

Leuk vakantiehuis om heerlijk tot rust te komen. We werden begroet door hele vriendelijke eigenaren (duitsers) en hun 2 (lieve) honden. Spreken ook Engels. De slaapkamer heeft airco wat zeer prettig was. Prachtig uitzicht met zee in de verte. Voor het zwembad moet je naar beneden lopen. Enige conditie wel gewenst.
