Beautiful Mallorcan house with stone façade on a 11.000m2 plot.
While the interior of the house is very nice, the best is undoubtedly the exterior. A huge garden with a large expanse of impeccably manicured lawn and a variety of trees and plants. The swimming pool of 08 x 04 metres, is surrounded by lawn, and has a ladder inside the pool for safety and comfort.
Great porch with fixed barbecue, furnished with comfortable sofas.
There is also a large terrace in front of the house, with table and chairs, and a pergola to shelter from the sun.
The house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and two complete bathrooms.
Living room with satellite T.V. and internet access and large kitchen open to the dining room fully furnished and equipped.
