Peace and tranquillity is what one breathes in this relaxing enclave of the island. Beautiful stone house, recently restored, all on one floor, except for the stairs in its old mill.

Located in the countryside, in a dead end street, only surrounded by nature. Búger, the village to which it belongs, is only a couple of kilometres away.

The garden and the outside area is natural, quiet and relaxed, it has a large kidney-shaped swimming pool, surrounded by lawn. Everything you need to make the most of the Mallorcan day and night. The house is near a wooded area, for this reason, you can not make fire. The house has an electric barbecue.



The house, all on one floor, is bright and fresh, partly thanks to its beautiful vaulted ceilings.

Living in the house is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living-dining room, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with en suite bathrooms. In addition, in the tower there is a single bed on the ground floor, and a bathroom on the first floor.


There are two air conditioning units, one in the master bedroom and the other in the living/dining room.



For those who like to know every corner of the destinations where they travel, because of its location it is ideal as a starting point, you could say that halfway to any point on the island.
