Cosy country house halfway between Inca and Mancor de la Vall. Perfect location as a starting point for cyclists and hikers, who want to enjoy the extensive Serra de Tramuntana and the Raiguer Mallorquín. There are countless charming mountain villages to visit, including Caimari, Moscari, and of course Mancor de la Vall. Inca, although not as beautiful as the others, is a large town, which will be useful for its proximity as it has all the necessary services, large supermarkets, a wide variety of restaurants, bus and train stations that connect with the whole island, and of course one of its great attractions is the weekly market.



The finca is 2500 m2 in size, and the house is 100 m2. There are two double bedrooms, with air conditioning and two bathrooms, one en suite. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for a fifth guest. Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, and everything you need. There is air conditioning in the living room. For the winter, in addition, there are electric radiators and a fireplace.

There is a large furnished porch where you will surely enjoy late night dinners in the Majorcan moonlight. There is also a barbecue area with barbecue and wood oven, ideal for cooking pizas or authentic Mallorcan-style suckling pig.

The garden and the outside area of the property is full of trees, therefore, it is very cool and shady. The pool measures 8 m. x 4 m. and the depth ranges from 1 m. to 1.90 m. and is surrounded by a comfortable terrace. From the pool the views of the countryside and the Serra de Tramuntana are simply breathtaking.
