On the ground floor you will find the bright, spacious living room with dining area, a well-equipped american kitchen with dish-washer and a washing-machine.
You have two private terraces, both with sunblinds.
50 metres away from our house you will find the community pool.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The bedroom 'rojo' has a large bed (160 x 200 cm) with very good mattresses, air-condition and a large wardrobe.
The bedroom 'naranja' has a double-bed (160 x 200 cm) even with a very good mattress, a overhead fan, a safe box and a large wardrobe.
Our house is situated in a quiet location, inbetween two famous touristic centers: Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema etc. are totally reachable.
The beautiful sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire is approx 5 km away.

maison agreable , très bien situé à quelques minutes de Las americas. l'espace piscine est bien , en bref un agréable séjour. Seul problème, les voisins très irrespectueux la nuit, porte qui claque,chiens qui abboie etc... mais cela n'est pas non plus horrible ce sont les inconvénients des copropriété.
