This inviting apartment offers a comfortable holiday retreat just outside the center, boasting a magnificent panoramic view of the medieval City of Carcassonne. Situated within a grand villa divided into two completely separate units, this apartment comfortably hosts up to six guests. It serves as an ideal match for families or friends looking to explore the region's rich history while enjoying a serene residential base.
The air-conditioned interior features a thoughtful three-bedroom layout designed to ensure a seamless stay. Guests and the owner live in completely distinct areas with entirely separate entrances, ensuring total day-to-day privacy. The apartment includes a comfortable living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a family bathroom, and a private balcony perfect for taking in the stunning views. Dedicated entirely to your relaxation, the villa's outdoor spa-jacuzzi is reserved exclusively for guests and is not shared with the owner.

The large swimming pool is located in the shared garden area and is shared with the owner’s family, providing a refreshing spot to cool off. Up to two pets are welcome to join you at no additional charge. Excellent local conveniences, shops, pubs, and the train station are all within a 1 to 3 km radius, making this welcoming apartment the perfect launchpad to discover Carcassonne.
Note: This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is located in a partially owner-occupied villa, and the pool is shared with the owner.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique en famille. Les enfants ont profité de la piscine. Le cadre est magnifique et les promenades sont très agréables.
Les hôtes sont des personnes merveilleuses. Nous y avons passé de très belles vacances.
