Penthouse for rent on the beach of Cullera just 30 minutes from Valencia city. Enjoy the sunrise on the beach and the sea views with this complete flat with everything included: bed linen, free Wifi 50 Mb/s, parking space, centralised hot/cold air conditioning, relax, beach and SOL! Located on the beach of Cap Blanc, one of the quietest and least crowded beaches of Cullera.
Children are very welcome, I can provide you with a travel cot, baby chair or anything you can think of that can make your holiday easier....
The penthouse has a kitchen, a spacious dining room, 1 master bedroom with double bed and insuite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and another bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you will not lack anything during your stay, fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, juicer, espresso coffee machine, glasses, plates, microwave, etc.
The windows have solar film that prevents the heat emitted by the sun, reduces the brightness and hides the interior. It also has domotic awnings to protect you from the sun, press a button and you will have shade all over the terrace while you have breakfast watching the sunrise over Cap Blanc beach.
Important: it has centralised air conditioning in all the rooms, you will not be hot in summer or cold in winter O_O
The living-dining room is focused on relaxation. A large sofa and an armchair where you can take a nap after lunch, watch TV and a spacious table where 6 people can comfortably eat. If you feel like it, you can also eat at the table on the terrace.
There is also a communal swimming pool open all year round, of course with views of the sea and the mountain on which the building is built. It has private parking reserved for the property.
As our reviews show, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the flat very seriously 💪 Cleaning is carried out by a certified professional cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals in the province. We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator which is a powerful antimicrobial agent and eliminates 99% of bacteria and viruses 🦠
Cap Blanc beach is one of the least crowded beaches in Cullera. There are two ways to get down to the beach, by the lifts in the building or by car, you can park easily inside the urbanisation.
Ideal for holidays for couples and families with children.
There is a Consum supermarket 3 minutes by car (900m) and 13 minutes walk. Several good restaurants with great PAELLA just 10 minutes walk away (800m), also takeaway places.
When you book I will send you a guide made by us of the area of Valencia and Cullera with places to visit and places you should avoid :)))
The guide has restaurants that we and our friends usually go to, gastronomic tips of the area, little known viewpoints, walking routes, etc, etc, etc.
I will also send you our interactive map so that you can consult it on your smartphones and it will give you the exact address of the recommended places.
I will always be available for any questions you may have before or during your stay by email, phone message or telephone.
We will meet at the key handover and I will explain all the features of the flat to you :)
