The studio is located within a 4-star complex (Precise Resort Tenerife) directly on the coast of Puerto de la Cruz.
Although the studio is privately rented, you can use the facilities of the hotel. On the grounds you will find a large subtropical garden, three freshwater pools (one of which is heated), a mini-golf course, padel and tennis courts and a gym. The sauna and various massage treatments can also be used for a fee. A free shuttle service to Puerto de la Cruz is available every day, except Sundays and public holidays, and the black sandy beach Playa Jardin is just 800 metres from the complex.
In the holiday complex, two restaurants will spoil you with national and international dishes or you can enjoy the wonderful view from one of the two bars.

The studio, consisting of a combined living room and bedroom and a bathroom, offers 30 m² of space for a relaxing holiday in Tenerife. The living room and bedroom have a cosy bed, seating and a TV with 20 German channels. There is air conditioning in the studio, which can also be used as heating. Free WiFi is available throughout the building.
For self-catering, there is a kitchenette with a sink, ceramic hob and fridge with freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a WC, washing facilities, a make-up mirror and a hairdryer. Coin-operated washing machines are available in the building for your clothes.
The studio is cleaned once a week and towels, bed linen and tea towels are also changed.

The hotel complex has a car park, which can be used for a fee.
