Ruim appartement, grote slaapkamers, schoon en praktisch ingericht. Voldoende extra beddengoed, kastruimte, handdoeken, lekker warm binnen. Fijn balkon.
De weg waar het aan ligt is best een drukke weg. Door goede isolatie hadden we daar geen last van, wel als je een raam openzet of naar buiten gaat.
Appartement ligt net buiten kitzbuhel, de dichtstbijzijnde skilift ligt op 1 km, maar die gaat niet naar het grote skigebied.
