The Romantico is situated in an enchanted, romantic and totally tranquil location with 2 terraces and 2 gardens in a natural paradise on the beautiful F inca Tenerife-Romantica in the village of Lomo Roman near Puerto de la Cruz. What you hear most here is the chirping of the birds.

Location description:
The popular finca Tenerife-Romantica is located in the village of Lomo Roman on the sunny side of the Orotava Valley near Puerto de la Cruz. It is totally quiet, but still fantastically conveniently located. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants, bars and also the local guachinches (almost all with excellent food and drink) can be reached in 2 to 3 minutes by car, on foot in 15 to 20 minutes. The bus connections on Tenerife are very good, so you can do without a car if you wish. The nearest bus stop is about a 15-minute walk away. From here, buses leave every 30 minutes in all directions.

Furnishings:
The Romantico offers a leather sofa and a swivel armchair in the living/dining room, and a dining table with bench and chairs, all very comfortable, as well as a TV with over 100 German-language programmes. The large glass doors can be pushed one over the other so that you can sit inside as if you were outside. The spacious bedroom has 2 double beds, a large wardrobe and a safe built into the wall. The bedroom window has bars so that you can sleep well even with the window open. The large bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and a bathroom cabinet. Incidentally, there are only a few flats on the approximately 4,500 square metre Finca Tenerife-Romantica that are built in such a way that nobody can see into your pot. A special feature: there is no dangerous gas on the entire finca, everything is electrically operated. All cookers, ovens and hot water boilers are electrically operated.

Outdoor area:
The Romantico holiday flat offers 2 terraces, one facing the morning sun and the other facing south to west, in front of both are beautiful gardens, all surrounded by lush vegetation, making the area a playground for happy birds. On one side is a nature reserve, and on the other the well-kept flower finca. All of this is complemented by the heated natural stone pool, the waterfalls, the fitness room and the barbecue area. Parking on the closed finca.

Special features:
The second bedroom is a room attached to the house of about 15 square metres, which has the entrance on the private terrace of the Romantico. It has a bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. The big advantage: if you are renting for three people, there is a spatial separation at night, which provides additional privacy. When renting with children under 8 or 10 years of age, parents must decide whether this is possible with their child.

With us, you can arrive and depart 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We will discuss any rare exceptions with you on a case-by-case basis.
We charge a one-off administration fee of 28 euros for arrivals after 4.00 pm and Sat/Sun/Public holidays.

Another note: This is a non-smoking flat, but smoking on the terraces and outdoors is of course permitted.

We are flexible with the times of arrival and departure and adapt to the flights of our guests. You can come to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (if the pre-letting allows it). And on the day of departure, guests do not have to leave the flat in the morning, but stay (if there are no scheduling problems) until it is time for them to leave. But we will discuss this on a case-by-case basis. We endeavour to spare our guests any stress and hassle. That's why the flat is always handed over in person and not with complicated digital door code locks, etc.
