Location description:
The Finca Panoramica Vallemar is located on the sunny side of the Orotava Valley. Here you live in the original and traditional environment of rural Tenerife, surrounded by other avocado plantations, potato fields, wine cultivation, etc. The finca belongs to the municipality of Santa Ursula, but is located almost directly above Puerto de la Cruz and the well-known and popular urbanisation of Las Cuevas.
Walkers will also find plenty to do here: in just a few minutes you are already on a path that offers great views of the Orotava Valley, and the path also leads into the forest. And if you take your car, you can be in the forest in less than 10 minutes. Finca Panoramica Vallemar is also very conveniently located in all other directions: it is only 10 to 15 minutes to three large supermarkets, bars and restaurants (including two award-winning ones) and shops of various kinds, as well as to Puerto de la Cruz and the beach. And the motorway, which is only 10 minutes away, takes you to all destinations on the island in all directions.

Features:
The finca house has a constructed area of around 140 sqm. It has 2 bedrooms for 2 people each, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge / dining room for up to 6 people, including a TV with over 100 German-language programmes and DVD player, as well as an outdoor lounge (conservatory) with sofas and dining area directly opposite the new barbecue, so you can enjoy the great views at any time. The two main viewing sides of the outside lounge consist entirely of glass doors that can be slid completely over each other.
On the same finca, only about two metres away from the finca house, is the casita, a small cottage. It has a bedroom with two large beds (which can also be separated), a wardrobe and a private bathroom with shower.
The covered area of the casita is about 20 square metres. For cooler winter evenings, the main house and the casita are equipped with central heating.
In the entire Finca Panoramica Vallemar there is no dangerous gas, everything is electrically operated. The bedroom windows have bars so that you can sleep carefree even when the windows are open.

Outdoor area:
There are large terraces with natural stone paving in front of and next to the house. The terraces of the finca have sun from early morning until sunset. The private pool also enjoys the sun. The avocado trees at the edge of the pool area provide shade. A brick barbecue rounds off the finca's recreational facilities. The car park on the closed finca has space for two cars.
For people with walking difficulties or wheelchair users, the footpath to the bus stop is difficult due to the slope of the path. A car is definitely recommended for these people. On the finca itself there are no problems for these groups of people, because everything is completely flat.

Special features:
The Finca Panoramica Vallemar is offered as an oasis of peace. Loud parties are therefore expressly forbidden, as the houses in the neighbourhood are also normally pleasantly quiet.
