Location description:
The cosy holiday flat Rocamar is located on the popular finca Tenerife-Romantica in the village of Lomo Roman on the sunny side of the Orotava Valley near Puerto de la Cruz, only about 125 metres above the sea. Although the finca is in a quiet location, it is still very conveniently situated. You can reach supermarkets, restaurants and shops in only about 2 minutes by car, the nearest large beach and the next larger town of Puerto de la Cruz in about 10 minutes by car and the motorway is only about 5 minutes away by car.

Features:
The Rocamar is basically a studio with a large living/dining room with integrated kitchen. The complete bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin and a small cupboard.
The sleeping area with double bed and large wardrobe is perfectly and completely separated from the main room by a curtain. In this respect, it is a separate bedroom. There is a safe embedded in the wall.
In front of the entire width of the Rocamar is the large partially covered terrace. The entire width of the flat consists of large glass doors that can be slid over each other. So you sit inside as if you were outside.

Outdoor area:
The finca Tenerife-Romantica has a heated natural stone pool, sunbathing area, a fitness room and a barbecue area.
Parking space on the closed finca. The entire finca is a flower paradise.
The Rocamar has its own separate entrance and a small private garden.
In addition, the Rocamar has a small second sun terrace directly on the rock above the sea, with a beautiful view of the ocean and the directly neighbouring small nature reserve.

Special features:
The finca Tenerife-Romantica is offered as an oasis of tranquillity. Therefore, loud parties are expressly prohibited.

With us, you can arrive and depart 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We will discuss any rare exceptions with you on a case-by-case basis.
We charge a one-off administration fee of 28 euros for arrivals after 4.00 pm and Sat/Sun/Public holidays.

Another note: This is a non-smoking flat, but smoking on the terraces and outdoors is of course permitted.

After booking, you can also pay by bank transfer, credit card, instant bank transfer and Google/Apple Pay. Please refer to your booking confirmation for further information.

We charge a separate deposit of 80 euros for dogs, payable in cash on arrival. We are flexible with the times of arrival and departure and will adapt to your flights. You can come to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (subject to pre-letting). And on the day of departure you don't have to leave the flat in the morning, but stay until it's time for you to leave (if there are no scheduling problems). But we will discuss this on a case-by-case basis. We aim to spare you any stress and hassle. That's why the flat is always handed over in person and not with complicated digital door code locks, etc.
