The cosy, spacious apartment Solymar with its own secluded terrace and garden is located on the popular finca Tenerife-Romantica in the village of Lomo Roman near Puerto de la Cruz on the sunny side of the famous Orotava Valley

Location description:
On the approx. 4,500 sqm finca Teneriffa- Romantica there are only a few flats. The Solymar is located on the edge of the finca, and if you don't want to, then contact with you is not even possible. It is extremely conveniently located. In 5 minutes you are on the motorway, from where you can reach all destinations quickly. You will find a large number of restaurants within a radius of just a few minutes. From simple bars and inexpensive local guachinches with good food and their own wine to award-winning restaurants, many within easy walking distance. And if you want to do without a car, you can take advantage of Tenerife's excellent bus connections. Buses leave every 30 minutes in all directions.

Features:
The spacious living/dining room is furnished with comfortable armchairs and a dining table for 4 people. And of course a large TV with over 100 German-language programmes. The large panoramic glass doors to the terrace can be slid completely over each other so that you can sit inside as if you were outside.
The very large master bedroom has 2 extra-large double beds (100 x 200 cm). In the second bedroom, the beds are separated by the wardrobe. Both bedrooms have fixed partial bars on the outside doors so that you can sleep completely carefree even when the door is open. Each bedroom has its own fully equipped bathroom with shower. There is a table with 4 chairs on the terrace and sun loungers in the garden. By the way, there is no dangerous gas in the entire finca, everything is electrically operated.

Outdoor area:
Directly in front of the flat there is a terrace and a private enclosed garden with enough space for 4 people. Children or dogs can therefore not suddenly get lost. From the terrace you have a great view over palm trees to the blue sea. Here you can see the sun sinking into the sea in the evening. The garden is naturally adorned with plants. Not forgetting the heated natural stone pool with sunbathing areas, the fitness room and the large barbecue area. Car park on the closed finca.

Special features:
The finca Tenerife-Romantica is offered as an oasis of tranquillity. Loud parties are therefore prohibited.

Another note: This is a non-smoking flat, but smoking on the terraces and outdoors is of course permitted.

The price for 2 people assumes that these 2 people sleep together in the master bedroom. If 2 separate bedrooms are required, an additional 10 euros per day will be charged for the separate sleeping studio, payable in cash on arrival.
