The Playamar Romantico offers fantastic views over the sea, the beach and the coast, as well as over the roofs of the houses in Punta Brava, the popular little fishing harbour in Puerto de la Cruz, which are located right by the sea. You have to experience it !!!

Location description:
The Playamar Romantico is located near the coast just a few metres above the sea. From the flat you can reach everything you want or need on foot in just a few minutes: In just a few minutes you can reach Playa Jardin (garden beach), which is famous throughout Europe.
The old town of Puerto de la Cruz, with its winding alleyways and romantic squares and countless good restaurants offering a wide variety of flavours, is just a 5-minute walk from Playa Jardin. And for bulk shopping, there is one of Tenerife's largest Lidl supermarkets just a few hundred metres away.

Features:
The rooms of the Playamar Romantico are decorated in a friendly light colour to make you feel right at home. The living room has two comfortable leather sofas with a table and, of course, satellite TV with over 100 German-language programmes. The dining area has a dining table with 4 comfortable chairs. The functional kitchen, with a serving hatch to the dining area, is fully equipped. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and washbasin. There are two bedrooms, each with two comfortable beds. The larger terrace can be reached from the living room. It is a romantic terrace with a comfortable seating area.
Two more notes: The windows in the bedrooms have screens so that you can sleep soundly even with the windows open. And there is no dangerous gas in the Playamar Romantico, everything is electrically operated.

Outdoor area:
At the entrance to the flat there is a terrace and a small enclosed garden. On the other side of the Playamar Romantico with exit from the living room is the other terrace, with a comfortable seating area and with great views of the sea, beach and coast, but also of the pool area. This means that children at the pool, for example, are always under control from the terrace. The gardens in the pool area are richly planted with subtropical plants. The pool itself is a pleasant size. And for your hire car there is a convenient and easy-to-park parking space in the underground car park. But of course you can also do without a car, as you can easily reach everything on foot. The resort is very quiet, so we offer the Playamar Romantico as an oasis of calm.

With us, you can arrive and depart 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We will discuss any rare exceptions with you on a case-by-case basis.
For arrivals after 16:00 and Sat/Sun/Public holidays, we charge a one-off administration fee of 28 euros.

Another note: This is a non-smoking flat, but smoking on the terraces and outdoors is of course permitted.

An additional deposit of 80 uro will be charged for dogs, payable on arrival. Arrival and departure times are flexible and depend on the flights of our guests. You can come to us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (if the pre-letting allows it). And on the day of departure, guests do not have to leave the flat in the morning, but stay (if there are no scheduling problems) until it is time for them to leave. But we will discuss this on a case-by-case basis. We endeavour to spare our guests any stress and hassle. That's why the flat is always handed over in person and not with complicated digital door code locks, etc.
