This small, cosy holiday flat for 2 people is located in the Sport- und Seminarhaus Walsertal, but is separate and self-contained. It is fully equipped and has its own terrace with a wonderful view.

It is suitable for a stay both in summer and winter, as it is centrally located to all hiking and skiing areas.

Parking is available directly in front of the house. The water also comes from the hotel's own mountain spring.

Welcome to our sports and seminar house.

Here you can "sit" or move mountains, depending on how you feel. The conditions are ideal for both. By enjoying the magnificent, relaxing and inspiring view, you can find peace and quiet and/or make new plans. In and around our domicile you will find plenty of opportunities for all kinds of group activities - in summer as well as in winter.

The bright and very spacious house has (almost) everything that can make a holiday or group stay relaxing and exciting. The water supply comes from our own mountain spring. The kitchen invites you to cook together.

Our house is a lovingly converted barn above the village.

It has a total of 14 beds (3 double rooms, 3 single rooms, 1 five-bed room).

In addition, there is a separately bookable 2-bed holiday flat, which is also fully equipped.

We welcome holidaymakers (families, groups) as well as providers of workshops and seminars all year round. The house is a self-catering house with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is located at approx. 950 metres above sea level with a fascinating view of the valley and mountains.

The whole house (with up to 14 beds) and a separate flat (2 beds) can be booked.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Arrival usually takes place at 16:00. Guests are welcomed personally (by the owner or manager) and are requested to contact us in advance.

A final cleaning fee will be charged.

This also includes bed linen, but no towels.
