The residence “Les Primevères” si located in the small pedestrian area of Planchamp, 200 meters from the center, shops and 150 meters from the slopes and the ski school. The residence lies just by the forest, is quiet, facing East. It is a rather small 2 floor-property with a total of 7 apartments with balconies with a view towards Champagny-le-Haut valley. Individual ski lockers are on the ground floor and car park is to be found 50 meters away.

Sur le logement proprement dit : très bien situé, vue et exposition agréables, spacieux, calme (notamment plus calme que le centre ville). Présence d'une âme familiale. Bon rapport qualité-prix.
Toujours sur le logement : mobilier, canapé/fauteils et literie très fatigués (limite acceptable). Lave vaisselle incroyablement bruyant. Pas d'aspirateur (très mauvaise surprise, je n'avais jamais vu ça).
