The Atico is located within a holiday complex (Precise Resort Tenerife) directly on the coast of Puerto de la Cruz. Although the flat is privately rented, you can use various facilities of the hotel. On the grounds you will find a large subtropical garden, three freshwater pools (one of which is heated), a mini-golf course, padel and tennis courts and a fitness centre. The sauna and various massage treatments can also be used for a fee. A shuttle service takes you to Puerto de la Cruz free of charge on all days except Sundays and public holidays. The black sandy beach Playa Jardin is around 800 metres from the complex.
Inside the resort, there are two restaurants overlooking the sea, which serve national and international dishes. In addition, two bars invite you to linger with a wonderful view.

The 40 square metre Atico with its 170 square metre terrace promises a comfortable stay on the 18th floor. This extends over two sides of the building and offers a wonderful view over the sea and Puerto de la Cruz. The Atico has a bathroom, a bedroom, an open-plan kitchen with a small dining area and a living room. The bedroom is furnished with two single beds put together. Free WiFi is available in the flat.
The bathroom has a WC and shower, a bidet and a large washbasin. In the building you will find coin-operated washing machines for your wardrobe.
For self-catering, there is a kitchen with sink, ceramic hob and fridge with freezer compartment.
The Atico is cleaned once a week and towels, bed linen and tea towels are also changed.

The holiday complex has a car park, which can be used for a fee.
