The penthouse is located within a resort complex (Precise Resort Tenerife), directly on the coast of Puerto de la Cruz.
Despite the penthouse being privately rented, you can use the hotel's facilities.
On the grounds, you will find a large subtropical garden, three freshwater pool areas (one of which is heated), a mini-golf course, padel and tennis courts, as well as a fitness studio.
A sauna and various massage treatments can also be used for a fee. A shuttle service will take you to Puerto de la Cruz free of charge every day except Sundays and public holidays.
The black sand beach Playa Jardin is approximately 800 meters away from the complex. In two restaurants with sea views, we serve national and international specialties, or you can enjoy the view in one of the two bars. Your spacious 40 sqm rooftop penthouse offers plenty of space and comfort, as well as a beautiful view of the sea and Puerto de la Cruz.

Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar
Einmal die Woche sauber machen ist deutlich zu wenig, keine Kaffeemaschine (Filter mit Kanne) , Tassen auch nur sehr übersichtlich, zum selber Verpflegen ist eigentlich nichts da. Wir hatten den Eindruck da wird nur kassiert und nichts mehr reingesteckt. Schade

Die Terrasse war sehr schön,etwas oede. Die Aussicht grandios und ruhig. Alles gut eigerichtet und praktisch. Das geschirr musste zuerst abgewaschen werden. Die rezeption freundlich.

Lage ist super, direkt am Meer. Große Terrasse mit klasse Aussicht , schön zum sonnen.
Hotelmitarbeiter sehr nett
Kein Besen oder Wischer in der Wohnung, einmal putzen in der Woche deutlich zu wenig. Sollte bei dem Preis möglich sein.
Töpfe wären auch nicht schlecht für die Selbstversorgung
