The penthouse is located within a 4-star holiday complex (Precise Resort Tenerife) directly on the coast of Puerto de la Cruz. Although the flat is privately rented, some of the hotel facilities can be used by you. On the grounds you will find a large subtropical garden, three freshwater pools (one of which is heated), a mini-golf course, padel and tennis courts and a fitness centre. The sauna and various massage treatments can also be used for a fee. A shuttle service to Puerto de la Cruz is available free of charge on all days except Sundays and public holidays and the black sand beach Playa Jardin is just 800 metres from the complex.
Two restaurants with sea views serve national and international dishes or you can enjoy the wonderful views from one of the two bars.

The 65 m² penthouse on the roof of the building offers fantastic views of Mount Teide and the Orotava Valley. The flat has a furnished terrace, a large bedroom, a kitchen and a living room with two sofas and a TV with 20 German channels. In addition to air conditioning, which can also be used as heating, free WiFi is available in the penthouse.
The bathroom has a shower, a WC and a large washbasin with vanity unit, so there is plenty of storage space.
For self-catering, there is a kitchen with a sink, ceramic hob and fridge with freezer compartment. Coin-operated washing machines are available in the building for your wardrobe.
The penthouse is cleaned once a week and towels, bed linen and tea towels are also changed.

The holiday complex has a car park, which can be used for a fee.
