The holiday flat is located within a holiday complex (Precise Resort Tenerife) directly on the coast of Puerto de la Cruz. Although the flat is privately rented, you can use various facilities of the hotel. On the grounds you will find a large subtropical garden, three freshwater pools (one of which is heated), a mini-golf course, padel and tennis courts and a fitness centre. The sauna and various massage treatments can also be used for a fee. A shuttle service to Puerto de la Cruz is available free of charge on all days except Sundays and public holidays and the black sandy beach Playa Jardin is just 800 metres from the holiday complex.
On the premises, two restaurants will spoil you with national and international dishes or you can enjoy the wonderful view in one of the two bars.

On 60 sqm, with a fantastic view from the balcony, your holiday flat offers you every comfort you could wish for on a relaxing holiday. In addition to a bedroom, you will find a living room with sleeping facilities for up to 2 people, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The living area has seating and a TV with 20 German channels. There is air conditioning in the holiday flat, which can also be used as heating. Free WiFi is available throughout the building.
The bathroom has a WC, washing facilities, a make-up mirror and a hairdryer. In the building you will find coin-operated washing machines for your wardrobe.
