This small flat is located in Santa Catarina in the old part of the city, between Bairro Alto and the river and is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in Lisbon. The flat is on the ground floor. There are public transports, hospitals and supermarkets nearby. Santa Catarina is a nightlife area so some noise is to be expected.
The flat must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee.
It is expressly forbidden to carry out the following activities: Smoking inside, Parties / Events, Pets.
Between 9pm and 8am is expressly forbidden the realization of noise having to be respected the Law of noise, as provided by law.
The time of entry into the flat should be arranged in advance, if you do not confirm your arrival time you will have to wait for availability to check in.

The apartment is very well located at an affordable price point and has decent kitchen equipment
The apartment smells weird, the windows need to be always open. There is a problem with ants that live in the window frame. There is no real separation of the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor towards the street, so people walking by frequently look inside....
