The house in l'Estartit has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6/7 people.

Location of 125 m² cozy and large, with sea views.

It is located 270m from the sandy beach, 700m from the supermarket, 700m from the centre of the village, 11 km from the golf course Empordà Golf Club, 27 km from the train station Flaçà and 57 km from the airport Giorna - Costa Brava.

It has garden furniture, terrace, fireplace, iron, central heating (heat pump), air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, outdoor parking (2 spaces) in the same building, 1 television, Internet access depending on availability (10€/day).

The independent electric kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.


The sheets are included in the rental price. If you want, you can also add towels when booking at a price of 5€ per person.

Remember that according to decree 75/2020, of 4 August of Tourism of Catalonia: "In the event that the user of a Tourist Dwelling violates the basic rules of coexistence, the rules established by the person responsible for the accommodation or fails to comply with municipal ordinances issued for this purpose, the owner of the property or the person managing the tourist accommodation must require the assignee to leave the dwelling immediately".
