Wonderful villa with a trullo annex and a spacious pool in the heart of the Itria Valley.
Nestled in tranquility and surrounded by lush Puglian olive trees, our villa with its annex offers an oasis of well-being just a few kilometers from Ostuni.
The accommodation is suitable for up to 8 people, while also providing the necessary privacy for each guest, as it consists of two independent structures: a main villa and a typical trullo.
This makes it a perfect solution for families as well as groups of friends.
The two buildings are spread over a large area and feature a magnificent private swimming pool, ideal for enjoying the Itria Valley sun in complete relaxation.
The trullo comprises a living area with a dining space and a small equipped kitchen, and a sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds.
It also has two bathrooms with showers. The villa is configured similarly: it boasts a spacious living area that serves as the heart of the structure, with a sofa bed and a dining area.
From here, you can access the fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning is also available for guests inside the villa. Furthermore, at the rear of the villa, you will find two verandas and a barbecue area with a dining table, where our guests can enjoy grilling under the moon and stars.
A wonderful garden of approximately 300 sqm surrounds the entire property. *Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, you may be asked to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
