Above San Lorenzo al Mare 1 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 7 km from the centre of Imperia, 20 km from the centre of San Remo, in a sunny position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: natural state property 3'600 m2 with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system.
Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, pergola, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: table tennis, table football, washing machine (for shared use). Steep, narrow motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking (for 6 cars) on the premises.

Petit bungalow simple et agréable, bien situé face à la mer au milieu des vignes ( d'où un accès un peu raide mais faisable). La gentillesse et la présence de Vittorio et Ricca ajoutent un petit plus à un séjour en toute tranquillité

Die Küstenautobahn ist wie fast überall an der Riviera di Ponente hörbar aber das kompensiert man schnell. Die Anfahrt ist ein wenig steil zum Schluss - aber machbar.
