San Michele di Moriano: Very beautiful country house "Le Fornaci", surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 7 apartments in the residence. 500 m from the centre of San Michele di Moriano, on the outskirts, 4.5 km from the centre of Ponte a Moriano, 6 km from the centre of Lucca, in a quiet, sunny position, 35 km from the sea, in the countryside.
For shared use: property 700 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with plants and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 10.Oct. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Table tennis, boccia, garden furniture.
In the house: lounge with TV, table football, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine (for shared use), heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 31.Oct.), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 27.Mar., bicycles available. 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises.

Der Ort bietet eine gute Möglichkeit in Ruhe die Zeit zu genießen und gleichzeitig in ca. 6 km Entfernung die Stadt Lucca zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack sehr hart und unkomfortabel.

Typische Toscaanse appartementen in een (voorheen) boerderij. Verwacht geen modern inrichting. Sfeervol, maar geen overdreven luxe. Geen airco, dus het kan warm worden in de zomer. Mooi zwembad. Gemoedelijke contact met eigenaresse. (van te voren geen online incheck). Goede wifi. Geen EV laad mogelijkheid. (wel in Lucca)

Sehr engagierte Familie, die alles für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste tut. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Das Anwesen gepflegt. Der Gemüsegarten ist für alle zur freien Verfügung nutzbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort, nicht zuletzt, weil die Lage viel Potenzial für Ausflüge bietet.
