Small, modern resort "Baia dei Gabbiani", built in 2017. 6 houses in the residence. 500 m from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, on the outskirts, 3.5 km from the centre of Imperia (Porto Maurizio), 15 km from the centre of San Remo, on a slope, in the residential district, 200 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, road to cross.
For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, 1'600 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture.
In the complex: reception, WiFi, table tennis, washing machine (for shared use). Stepped path (12 steps) to the house.
Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 500 m, bicycle rental 300 m, bus stop 6.8 km, sandy beach 500 m. Marina 200 m, cycle lane 50 m. Please note: residence with electric gates.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Die Unterkunft sah 1 zu 1 genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Ausblick war herrlich:)

Alles top, sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, phantastische Aussicht aufs Meer und den Yachthafen, schöne und grosse Terrasse, Hunde herzlich willkommen, sichere Parkplätze innerhalb des Grundstückes. Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge, die am sehr positiven Gesamteindruck nichts ändern.
