FREE WI-FI. * Can Palomo is perfect for families and groups of friends who want to share and enjoy together in a quiet area surrounded by nature. * The house is located in the town of Palafolls (province of Barcelona) and has been declared a building of architectural interest. * The farmhouse is unique and has been recently renovated and equipped, with distinctive handmade wooden furniture. * The property is located near the beaches of the Costa Brava (Blanes, Lloret, Tossa de Mar) and the beaches of the Costa de Barcelona (Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Pineda, Calella). * It has a large private pool for the exclusive use of guests.
The 8m x 4m pool is saltwater (chlorine-free) and has an outdoor shower. * The entire property and the pool area are fenced for the safety of families with young children. * There are two outdoor dining areas: an outdoor dining room near the stone barbecue and another near the pool. * The garden has a football pitch with a goal that is very popular with children... and adults. * The 250 m² house, on a 2,500 m² plot, is distributed as follows: On the ground floor: * Living-dining room and lounge with wood-burning fireplace, television, and free Wi-Fi. * Kitchen with dining area and equipped with appliances (2 refrigerators, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...). * Playroom for the little ones. * Bathroom with shower. * Entrance hall with washing machine and access to the garden for drying clothes. * Area with a ping-pong table and firewood available for guests. On the upper floor: * Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 cot. * Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. * Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. * Bedroom 4: 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. * Bedroom 5: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 cot. * 1 bathroom with shower. * 1 toilet. * In total, there are 5 bedrooms with beds for 18 people and 2 cots (this is the maximum capacity of the house and no more people can be accommodated). * The house has central heating with a gas boiler and radiators. * There is no air conditioning.

Use of the Barbecue The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to the risk of fire. * You can walk or cycle along the paths around the house and walk to Palafolls Castle, with a spectacular view of the region. * It is necessary to have a car because the house is located in a rural area and there is no public transport. * It is well connected, only a 5-minute drive from the access road to the Costa Brava (GI-682). * Only 45 minutes from the city of Barcelona via the motorway (C-32) and 30 minutes from Girona (N-II motorway). * Only a 20-minute drive from the beaches of the towns of Blanes and Malgrat de Mar. * Within a 10-minute drive, there are shops, factory outlets of major brands, restaurants, and supermarkets in the town of Palafolls. * The Marineland water park and dolphinarium in Palafolls are only a 7-minute drive away. * Barcelona-El Prat Airport is 85 km away and Girona-Costa Brava Airport is 30 km away. Guests at the property * The house is rented entirely for the exclusive use of the guests. * The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults, children, and babies. * The house can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the booking and there cannot be more people staying or visiting the property at the same time. Check-in * The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old. * It is mandatory for all guests to present a valid official identification document (ID card or passport) during check-in.
No other document will be accepted. * Key collection takes place at our office between 16:00 and 19:00 Carrer de les Antilles 13 17310 Lloret de Mar. Arrival and departure outside office hours * Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival) * Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment upon arrival) * Option for out-of-hours check-in with a small safe at the office free of charge. * Failure to show up on the check-in day will not result in any refund of the booking. * Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price of €1 per night/person over 16 years old, with a maximum payment for 7 nights. * Security deposit of 700 euros.
This will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection. In case of cash payment, you must provide an IBAN number for reimbursement via bank transfer. Cleaning * The house must be left properly tidy, with dishes clean and trash deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise, €100 will be deducted from the security deposit. IMPORTANT For properties where pets are allowed, owners must ensure that they pick up excrement and clean up urine.
Otherwise, 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit for additional cleaning. Beach towels are not included. Keys * Loss of property keys: Price of €100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. * Keys forgotten inside the property or in the main door lock and the need for a locksmith to open it: the price will depend on the technician's fee and will be paid on-site to the technician. Rules * Guests agree to respect the property's rules and, in particular, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. * No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property. * Pets are allowed, with an additional charge of €6/day/animal.
Stays longer than 7 days will pay a maximum of €42/animal/booking. * Smoking is prohibited in this dwelling. * Lighting candles or other items that could cause a fire in the dwelling is prohibited. * Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) declines all responsibility in case of theft or burglary at the property or any loss during your stay.
