- The house is located in the town of Palafolls (Barcelona province) and has been declared a building of architectural interest.



- The farmhouse is unique and has been recently refurbished and equipped, highlighting the handmade wooden furniture.



- The property is located near the beaches of the Costa Brava (Blanes, Lloret, Tossa de Mar) and the beaches of the Costa de Barcelona (Malgrat de Mar, Santa Susanna, Pineda, Calella).



- It has a large private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The 8m x 4m pool is salt water (no chlorine) and has an outdoor shower.



- The whole property and the pool area is fenced for the safety of families with small children.



- There are two outdoor dining areas: an outdoor dining area next to the stone barbecue and another next to the pool.



- The garden has a football pitch with goal that the children and adults like a lot.

. Use of the barbecue
- The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to the risk of fire.



- You can walk or cycle along the paths around the house and walk to Palafolls castle, with a spectacular view of the region.



- A car is necessary because the house is located in a rural area and there is no public transport.



- It is well communicated, only 5 minutes by car from the access road to the Costa Brava (GI-682).



- Only 45 minutes from the city of Barcelona by the motorway (C-32) and 30 minutes from Girona (N-II motorway).



- Only 20 minutes by car from the beaches of the towns of Blanes and Malgrat de Mar.



- 10 minutes by car there are shops, big brand outlet shops, restaurants and supermarkets in the town of Palafolls.



- The Marineland water park and dolphinarium in Palafolls is only 7 minutes away by car.



- Barcelona-El Prat airport 85 km away and Girona-Costa Brava airport 30 km away.



- Guests at the property
- The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests.


- The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults, children and babies.

- The house can only accommodate the number of persons indicated in the booking and no more persons can stay or visit at the same time at the property.




Check-in
- The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years.

- It is compulsory for all guests to present a legal official identity document (ID card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

- Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00 : Price 50€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00 : Price 100€ per booking (payment on arrival)


- Out of hours check-in option with safety deposit box in the office free of charge.



- No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the booking will be made.



- Payment of the tourist tax is obligatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.





Cleaning
. The house must be properly cleaned, the dishes cleaned and the rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise, a 100€ guarantee deposit fee will be charged.





IMPORTANT
In properties where pets are accepted, pet owners must be responsible for picking up after their pets and cleaning up urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.




Beach towels are not provided.



Keys
- Loss of keys to the property: Price 100 euros per booking to be paid on delivery of the new set of keys.


- Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the front door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's fee and will be paid on-site to the technician.




Rules
- Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and especially not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



- No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.




- Pets are allowed, extra cost of 6€/day/pet, stays of more than 7 days will pay maximum 42€/pet/reservation.



- No smoking in this accommodation.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or burglary of the property or any loss during your stay.
