Hello! We are CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES, specialising in holiday accommodation since 2005.



Enjoy a spacious rural villa of 140 m² with 3 bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 8 people, perfect for families or groups of friends. The house offers a double bedroom, one with two single beds and another with four extra beds, along with two bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub for greater comfort. The independent kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more, makes it easy to prepare your favourite meals. The living-dining room is spacious and bright, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures.



Outside, you will find a sunny terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue, perfect for enjoying the sun and the views of the Sierras. In addition, the private swimming pool invites you to cool off and unwind in a quiet and rural setting. The villa has a covered terrace that can be used both for outdoor dining and covered parking for two cars. With air-conditioning and heat pump heating throughout, the villa is a pleasure to live in all seasons.



The location is unbeatable: just 4 km from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, with multiple supermarkets within 3 km and a wide variety of shops nearby. It is also 25 km from the beaches of Fuengirola and within easy reach of golf courses, water parks and attractions such as Tivoli World in Benalmadena. The villa offers mountain and garden views on a fenced plot, ensuring privacy and security, ideal for families with children.
