Appt propre et pratique mais manque un peu d’éléments de décoration afin d’avoir un lieu plus chaleureux.
Peinture des murs à refaire.
Quelques dalles carrelage terrasse à refixer et emplacement unité extérieure climatisation à revoir (bruit et chaleur produite à côté de la table de salon)

Mondäne Anlage mit hipper Ausstattung und toller Sicht aufs Meer und die Inseln Les Sanguineres. Wohnung schön eingerichtet, Betten bequem, Bettsofa grenzwertig, Küchenausstattung hat Luft nach oben. Diverse Küchen-Utensilien war sehr knapp bemessen. Tiefgarage übe 4 Etagen mit größerem Auto etwas beschwerlich.
