Maison insalubre. Alèses et couettes toutes tachées. Ménage non fait.

Maison spacieuse mais ne doit pas être mise à la location dans un état pareil. Extérieurs non tondus, parterres non faits.
Maison très sale, et a besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement. Literies très sales, à mettre à la déchetterie.

Maison bien située à la mer.
La maison mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement mais est bien fonctionnelle avec de belles pièces et un beau terrain clos..
Idéale vacances à la mer avec plages directement en face (route à traverser).
Entrée de la presqu'île très sympathique.
