Die Lage , alles in der Nähe was Mann braucht .
Kühlschrank defekt, Griff Eisfach kaputt alles vereist auch im Kühlschrank und es hat immer getropft ( Kühlschrank komplett nass ), alle Dichtungen am / im Kühlschrank schimmelig. Dunstabzugshaube defekt. Terrasse müsste mal gründlich gereinigt werden zb Tische .

Das Appartment war nah zum Zentrum und Nachts ruhig. Leider befand sich eine Grundschule nebenan.
Das Haus ist sanierungsbedürftig und dirket an der Wohnung die Terasse war in keinem schönen Zustand. Grünspan auf dem Fliesenboden und an den Wänden, das zieht Stechmücken an. Das Bad hatte scheinbar einen Wasserschaden an der Toilettenspühlung wo sich dann Rotschimmel gebildet hat. Ebenso befand s...

I liked the localisation of the appartment and its modern look. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunatelly the garden table was very dirty ( it wasn't pośible to clean it). I asked for a plastic tablecloth for it, but they didn't provide it (and if you take a look at their photos there is a tablecl...
