- Haus in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechend unhygienisch (Schimmel an Klimaanlage und diversen Fugen)
- Küche minimalistisch ausgestattet
- Laden Personal zum teil unfreundlich
- Für 6 Personen zu klein, maximal für 4 Personen

Tolle Anlage, am Meer und unter Pinien, Supermarkt, Café/Bar, vier zum Teil sehr gute Restaurants, Pool und Gym… einfach alles was es braucht!
Privater Strand und sauberes Wasser
Die Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach San Vincenzo war leider sehr schlecht.
Wäre toll, wenn alle Fahrzeuge auf der Anlage (ausser die der Gäste) elektrisch fahren würden!

Leider nicht sehr sauber. Hatte noch socken vom Vorgänger im Zimmer. Obwohl im Angebot inklusive W-Lan stand, gab es dies in der Unterkunft nicht.
Kein Abwaschmittel und kein Abwaschlappen um Geschirr reinigen zu können.
Dusche ist rechts und links nicht dicht.
Kissen für die Stühle auf dem Sitzplat...
