Ancient 4-story stone tower, renovated and transformed into a vacation home, located at the foot of Assisi, certainly one of the most beautiful and spectacular locations to admire the most famous and visited city of Umbria.
One side of the first floor adjoins a house that is occupied throughout the year.
Quiet location.
The property is characterized by a very well maintained, equipped garden and a large fenced parking area.
First floor (characteristic antique arched ceiling): Living/dining room with brick kitchen counter and access to the garden. 1st floor (access only by external stairs): 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, laundry room. 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 3rd floor: living room/study with sofa bed and access to a small terrace with magnificent views, 1 bathroom with shower.
Distances: The historic center of Assisi can be reached on foot along an ancient natural road or by car ( about 2 km), Perugia 23 km, Lake Trasimeno 40 km.

Die Anfahrts- Beschreibung zur Kontaktperson war unzureichend. Unterkunftsbeschreibung passt aber. Dank eines Anwohners auf dessen Grundstück laut NAVI landeten, wurde uns rasch geholfen. Bitte Anfahtrsbeschreibungen mit GPS Koordinaten versehen. Ansonsten sehr zu empfhelen.

vriendelijke gastvrouw. parkeren geen probleem. matras was wat ons betreft niet slecht, maar niet comfortabel. Uitzicht schitterend. prachtige omgeving. zeker Assisi, Perugia en Gubbio waard een bezoek. Geld waard. Fijne tuin, alleen s morgens zon op terras, vanaf 11.00 uur schaduw op terras voor de rest van de dag en avond.

Een bijzonder huis op een top locatie. Voor het huis moet je goed ter been zijn en mooi weer hebben,omdat slapen,badkamer en wc zich boven bevinden en deze alleen buiten met trap te bereiken zijn.
