Holiday home with private garden in a sunny position on the hill above Pistoia, just 7 km from the centre. Ideal location for visiting art cities such as Pistoia, Florence and Siena. Shared pool (see also ITT200). An internal staircase leads to a lower floor, partly basement, with bathroom and bedroom overlooking the lower part of the garden. Siena has retained the medieval character of the Italian Gothic style. The historic centre has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995.

very clean accommodation and friendly owner but does not speak French or English at all. heating is additional, an important element to take into account because it is very very expensive. The floor heats up quickly but not the bedrooms or the bathroom. The installation of a vmc would be a plus in the bathroom because it is very humid.
