Holiday apartment in natural stone house with panoramic views near the small, characteristic village of San Quirico D'Orcia (4 km). The house with the former barn, the latter attached to one side of the farmhouse, consists of three apartments: ITS604-ITS605-ITS606. The house is situated on the slope of a hill with a wonderful view over the typical Tuscan countryside in the south of Siena and is part of a family business that produces an excellent wine. The entire property is in a quiet location and has simple yet attractive furnishings. Guests have a spacious outdoor area at their disposal, where they can also enjoy their meals al fresco. Possibility to rent the entire house under the reference number ITS607. The property is accessible via a 2 km long dirt road.
The centre of the small, characteristic town of San Quirico d'Orcia (shops of all kinds) is approx. 4 km away, Pienza 11 km, Montepulciano 24 km, Siena 45 km, Arezzo 65 km and Lake Trasimeno 60 km. The location is ideal for exploring the sights of Tuscany as well as the nearby region of Umbria.

Udsigten er intet mindre end fantastisk og lejligheden rummer alt, hvad to personer har brug for.
Som det fremgår af beskrivelsen, er tilkørselsforholdene noget besværlige - især det sidste stykke ad en stejl skovsti, som skal forceres med forsigtighed, når man ikke kører i en højbenet firhjulstrækker. Men den fantastiske udsigt kompenserer fuldt ud for den udfordrende køretur.

Anfahrt über 3 km unbefestigten Feldweg / Waldweg, starke Staubentwicklung / viel Steine im Reifenprofil. Etwas einsam / abgelegen, fernab von jeglicher Zivilisation, wen das nicht stört und Ruhe sucht, findet sie dort. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Geschirrspüler immer noch defekt, mit viel Tücke und Überredungskunst zum Laufen gebracht. Nur 1 Steckdose im Hauptraum, keine Kaffeemaschine !
